Basic Rules

1. The Mining Mayhem battlefield consists of 2 Divisions, each containing 4 Alliances.

2. The Battle lasts a total of 5 days and is open for 1 hour per day. The start time is selected by the Alliance Leadership (R5 and R4s) during the Registration Stage.

3. On days 1-4, the four Alliances within one Division earn points by competing for the Research Labs (R1/R2/R3/R4), and the Alliance with the most points advances to the finals.

4. On day 5, the Alliances with the most points in their respective Divisions will compete for the R5 Amethyst Research Hub, and the winner will be crowned the champion of this Mining Mayhem event.

Registration

The alliance has to be in the Top 10 to register.

R4s and R5 can select 3 out of 5 start times in order of priority during this stage. Contestants that do not make a selection by the end of registration will automatically be assigned 3 start times.

Matching

Matching will be based on which rank your alliance is placed in. Ranks are as follows:

Master 3. Veteran

2. Elite 4. Rookie

Rank Rules:

States with the same generation of Heroes available are grouped into a region, within which alliances are divided into 4 Ranks based on their Power.

The 4 Ranks include Alliances in the top 10%, top 10-30%, top 30-60%, and bottom 40% respectively based on their Power.

Opponents with similar strengths will be matched according to the start time with the highest priority chosen by an alliance. If none is found, the process will continue according to the second-highest priority, and so on.

Each battle consists of 8 alliances, if they are in different ranks, the rewards will be issued based on the highest rank amongst them.

How will the Meteorite Fight work?

Day 1: Research Labs R1/R2/R3 are open to fight.

Day 2-4: All buildings, except the R5, will be open for fighting. However, you will only be eligible to contest buildings linked by a road to a building you own before the fight of the day starts.

When a fight is ongoing in a research lab, mines with levels from 1 to 3 will appear. You can speed up to get there first, your troops can also be attacked on mines as they function like normal resource tiles.

Note: For this event you’ll be able to launch rallies of 30 seconds, 1, 2, or 5 minutes, so do take it into account when launching your last rallies on the buildings. All outside buffs take effect within this gameplay, but the specific event building bonuses work only inside the event and not outside.

Day 5 - Battle of Glory

After each day of fighting, your alliance will get points for the number of buildings you are holding, at the end of the Meteorite Fight, the alliance with the highest points on both sides will face each other for the final battle over the Amethyst Research Hub.

The Hub looks like the Capital, one main building surrounded by four towers that you will have to fight over it for an hour while still collecting mines. During that fight, the other research labs will not be reopened and will be safe on your side. The bonuses from the auxiliary buildings will be in action, so be careful to defend them before the fight starts.

Mines will appear again and will need to be collected to charge the energy tower linked to the Hub for you to get the additional boosts and skills.

This fight works like those from all other research labs, ownership goes to the alliance with the longest occupation time.

Additional notes

Instant healing will be available in MM once you have built the Regen Lab as an auxiliary building. This allows you to recover wounded soldiers in the hospital without costing you resources or speed-ups.

It will have a 1h cooldown, and you’ll be able to use it by accessing it directly in the Regen Lab.

Relocation Rules:

Only the Targeted Relocation skill can be used for relocation.

Recharges every 15 minutes, with a maximum of 3 charges available
